Flood is one of disasters that possible we have experienced. Absolutely, if there is a lot of water in unwanted place especially in our house, it will make lot damage too. Almost all people don’t want to get flood, do you? As we know that the flood can wreck your house on the houses’ structure, your valuable items such as documents, files, letters, to your environments’ health, because of waters in flood contain lots of contaminants and mud. So, the result of the flood, your house falls apart due to flooding. Clean up house after flood can be long and hard process. 1. Preparation First, you should prepare some essential equipment to cleaning up your house after flood. They are face mask, sturdy gloves and safety glasses. Those equipments are used to protect you from contaminated water and mud. Besides that, you need large plastic tubs and large sturdy garbage bags to collect dirt, debris and damaged goods. You need also wash water in hot and cold water, scrub, hand soap, liquid detergent and washing machine to clean your house from flood.

2. Safety first The first times that you must do is disconnect the center power and unplug all electronics. It can give a sense of security to you before you go on the step in cleaning the house.

3. Cleaning First, take all furniture, carpets, rugs, beds and clothes outside to dry them as soon as possible. But before it, you should wash it in washing machine. And take all rubbish strewn in the house to some large plastic tubs and large sturdy garbage bags. After that, clean up ceilings and walls using cold water and liquid detergent. Don’t forget to use sturdy gloves. For cleaning floors, you can use scrub, liquid detergent and hot water. It can help you to remove dirt on the floor.
